AvantaHub supports Ascenda CRM’s Gmail add-on, Gmail authorization, automatic sync, and Notion logging workflow.
Before contacting support
- Confirm you are signed into an approved Ascenda or AvantaHub Google account.
- Open the onboarding page and review the connection, privacy-label, and watch status.
- Record the time of the issue and the Gmail thread or message ID when available.
- Do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or full sensitive message content.

Include your name, Ascenda email address, a short description, when the issue began, and any visible error message.
Security concerns
For suspected unauthorized access or data exposure, use the same support address and begin the subject with Security: Ascenda CRM. Disconnect the affected mailbox from the onboarding page if it is safe to do so.
