Terms of use

Ascenda CRM by AvantaHub is a customer-specific integration provided for Ascenda and users approved by Ascenda and AvantaHub.
Authorized use
You may use the app only with an approved Ascenda or AvantaHub Google account and only for Ascenda’s authorized business purposes. You must follow Ascenda’s privacy, security, records-management, and acceptable-use policies.
Your responsibilities
- Confirm that the Gmail account you connect is the intended business account.
- Use the configured Gmail opt-out label for sensitive threads that must not be logged.
- Report unexpected access, logging, or security behavior promptly.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service, or use it for another organization.
Service boundaries
The app provides read-only Gmail ingestion and Notion CRM logging. It does not send email, create Contacts, or guarantee that every message is eligible for logging. Threads without an exact Ascenda CRM Contact match are intentionally skipped.
Governing agreement
The commercial service, support commitments, confidentiality obligations, warranties, liability, and termination are governed by the applicable agreement between Ascenda and AvantaHub. AvantaHub’s general Terms of Services also apply where they do not conflict with that agreement.
Suspension and termination
Ascenda or AvantaHub may disable a user or mailbox when access is no longer authorized, a security concern arises, or the service agreement ends. Users can disconnect their own Gmail authorization from the onboarding page.
